Las Vegas isn’t typically thought of as being an affordable destination, but I’ve already proven that you CAN visit Vegas on a budget. An important part of traveling on a budget is finding affordable accommodation. Using AirBnB in Las Vegas is the best way to do just that!
AirBnB is a great option because you’ll get a lot of benefits you won’t get at a hotel. Between high room rates, resort fees, and parking fees, hotels in Las Vegas can be pretty expensive. And just by spending your time in the hotel, at the casino, and in their restaurants, you’re likely to spend even more.
Staying in an AirBnB in Las Vegas will cut out the hotel fees and extra expenses. Having your own kitchen will save you a lot on food, and you’ll be less tempted to head out to the overpriced restaurants every time you need a bite to eat. Plus, when it’s time to get some rest, you’ll be glad you’re staying off the Strip, where you can get some peace and quiet.
I love browsing through AirBnB listings, so I thought I’d put together a list of some awesome, affordable Las Vegas AirBnB rentals.

Please keep in mind that some Las Vegas AirBnB rentals also charge cleaning fees. Most rentals charge a higher price on weekends. Check each listing for details. Because of the nature of Las Vegas tourism, many hosts will also require a security deposit for damages. To get the best rates, book your stay during the week, split the cost with friends, and be respectful of your hosts & their property.
Modern Condo in the Heart of Downtown Las Vegas
Location: Downtown Las Vegas
Price: From $66/night
From the Host: “Located in the heart of downtown. A two minute walk will put you into the commercial area of downtown, where there are tons of bars, casinos, and great restaurants. Or, grab an Uber, Lyft, or taxi and you can be on the strip in 10 minutes, or in the Arts District in 5 minutes. We’d love to give you suggestions on where to go or what to do. Our community is gated and the complex has designated parking.”
From a Reviewer: “I had an amazing stay at Wasim’s condo. He was very helpful, flexible and easy to get a hold of. The condo was very clean and modern, and he had all the silver wear/dishes you need to cook a meal or pack a lunch to take with you. The condo was in a safe, quiet gated community, it was in a very convenient location. A quick ten minute drive to the strip, (I was able to walk there) and a ten minute walk to Fremont street, and bars/ restaurants, if you like night life.”

Even more beautiful than the pictures. Sabrina is an awesome host and will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay!
